Answer ~
The High Five System of Measurement is a scientifically published method of determining the size of your best breast implants based on tissue based, objective measurements of each patient’s breast envelope.
Five simple measurements that tell you the area of the empty space in the breast envelope – when it is filled, you get a very natural, blended breast with the least possible risk of causing complications and more reoperations.
When you simply fill the empty space – you are not asking the tissue to go some where it has never been. When you don’t push the tissue, you avoid tissue damage and reops long term.
If you want a breast augmentation that looks like it belongs on you – then you need the ideal amount of fill your breast. I am not sure how you can get that ideal fill if you never plan the operation based on the body you will operate on. Cup size, photos of others, sizers, 3-D imaging….all easy but never accurate because they do not incorporate the limitations that each woman brings to the table (OR table that is!).
You can read more about How to Determine Size using measurements on our book website www.thebestbreast.com – just click on the articles button on the home page – pay special attention to the illustration where he is pouring water into the breast through a funnel.
I hope this helps!
