		<description>I think your situation could have been avoided if someone had simply explained to you that there is no such thing as cup size and that you and your surgeon have to make improvements in the breast based on your clinical measurements and limitations - - in other words, they have to work with the body you give them to work with if in fact you want something that looks like it belongs on you and will have the least risk of reoperation long term.

Having realistic expectations going into surgery will help avoid dissappointment after surgery and can easily be found through more education and knowledge before you even start going to consults with your surgeons!</description>
